40 years old lady along with 46 years old husband married since 20 years came to Nirmiti Clinic in 2019. Couple had undergone multiple IUI Treatment before coming to Nirmiti Clinic. After sonography and blood test, she has been diagnosed with posterior wall fibroid indenting in Endometrial and Diminished Ovarian Reserve. After Myomectomy couple opted for Donor Oocyte Cycle due to significant reduced ovarian reserve due to age. In January 2021 she undergone the treatment and got twin pregnancy when Covid was on its bloom. Couple was following all ANC instructions and passing hurdles calmly. She diagnosed to have growth restricted foetus in uterous at 28 weeks of pregnancy on sonography. Jouney was going on with all medication. She diagnosed that her foetus are getting significantly less blood supply at 30 weeks pregnancy visit. So after counselling decision to deliver both babies by caesarian section was taken. That one moment decision of delivery , had changed couple's life. They had been blessed with two lovely baby boys and their NICU journey started and now they are 9 months old. Now parents are enjoying the parenting though they are above 40 years.
